Open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm.

Account and data deletion
How to delete your account
- Open the Plaplant app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the action.
If you cannot access the app, write to plaplantchat@gmail.com with subject Delete Plaplant Account and include your account email.
What data is deleted
- Authenticated user account.
- Associated app data: plants, events, and chat conversations linked to the account.
What data may be kept temporarily
- Technical and security logs for a limited period for fraud prevention and auditing.
- Data that must be retained under applicable legal obligations.
Retention period
Account and related content are deleted when the request is processed. Technical logs are kept only for the minimum time needed for security and operations.
